Adventures in Southern Haircutting
Posted by Patrick on Friday, December 08, 2006It had been some time since I had a haircut, so I hopped in the Patmobile and headed out into town for a trim.
There were lots of places to choose from, but I finally found the most old-man traditional barber shop in town, and they took me in right away. The old guy did a nice job without using clippers and it was only 12 bucks.
As I was leaving I said: Thanks, it's been a while.
The barber replied: You looked like a hippie.
I am a long way from New England.
