Posted by Kate on Thursday, November 02, 200615 days left of waiting and then I just have getting a job to stress about. I feel like I should be getting us ready for the move, but the only stuff here that is unpacked is stuff we use everyday.
My sister, Chris is coming to visit the weekend after this one. I need to come up with a plan for us. I already arranged for the real estate agent to let us into the house. I also found out that the new house is just 20 minutes from Carolina Premium Outlets. Chris loves shopping so we may have to check that out while she is here. Maybe we could just wander around downtown Raleigh too, although I don't know how many shops are open on Sundays. Guess I have some research to do.
In Pat's office there is a window that is very low to the ground that the cats absolutely love. Today the grounds crew was out blowing leaves and the cats were in heaven, lunging for the window every time a leaf came near. Till Zoe got mad that Moe was blocking her way. She started hissing and growling at him. I am pretty proud of Moses. He stood his ground and just looked at her like she was nuts. He didn't back down and he didn't fight back. His personality has definitely changed with the new surroundings. I just wonder how they will change when we move again.
