Posted by Kate on Saturday, October 28, 2006We haven't heard back about our offer yet. I don't know if the fact that it is taking them over 24 hours is a good or a bad sign? Is it normal to take that long to decide? It probably is, but if you are ever selling a house, you should think about the buyers out there totally consumed with waiting for your answer.
Of course I am worried they are postponing because they are hoping from a better offer from someone else.
I suppose we should just give the whole house-hunting obsession up for this weekend and go out and take in some culture or some fresh air.
Update: We are in negotiations!
