More Work?
Posted by Patrick on Saturday, March 25, 2006I'm freaking exhausted, but you gotta work while you're young right? Right now I'm not only working the 9-to-5 job (really 6:30 to 4, with every other Friday off), but on three seperate freelance projects, too. That's a bunch for me.
The extra work always comes in packs, too - never just one project. Really I shouldn't complain - the money is right, and the work is for the most part good. And even though I'm a clicking fool on the computer , I could be working in some salt mine in some third world country, so it's not that bad.
The real downside is that all this work interfears with my slacking. Whoa is me and my couch-potato lifestyle, right? Cheech just let me borrow Battlestar Galactica, season 1, and I've been itching to watch it, but haven't had the time. Plus, I'm like two weeks behind on watching 24, and people at my work keep talking about recent and unviewed-by-me episodes.
