Sunday

Posted by Patrick on Sunday, April 10, 2005

It was very nice outside this weekend. Bikers everywhere! Kate and I had lunch outside today. She worked in the Rockland Ave Gardens (pics from last year), and I played around under the hood of my car, swapping out an air intake, hoping a check engine light would go away.

This weekend we watched two movies, one was not all that fantasic, and one was pretty good, if a bit weird. Closer was a screwed up love story, and not all that good. It was just depressing.

We also watched Donnie Darko, which was really good, and pretty thought provoking. It's the story of a man named Donnie, who is a semi-psycotic and has visions of a man in a bizzare rabbit suit, named Frank. There's a little time travel, some cool hallucinations, and a love story that's much better than the one in Closer
