Fish
Posted by Patrick on Sunday, January 18, 2004Last night Kate and I met up with my buds from FSC (who most are members of local rock outfit Pawn). We hit TGI Fridays for supper and then we hit the movie theatre for some commercials, advertisements, and movie previews. Oh, and there was a movie shown as well.
We saw Tim Burton's latest flick Big Fish. A good movie, less dark than many of his other works. It feels more like Edward Scissorhands than Batman 1. Ewan McGregor stars in it, and you can't help but think he's cool in any movie after seeing him as Obi Wan in Star Wars. I'd say 3 1/2 out of 5 stars overall.
Bonus points for low product placement.
