This is Kate, in my first-ever blog post. Tonight Pat is at another Pawn concert. After work I headed over to the Woonsocket Harris Public Library and signed up for a library card. I hadn’t been to a public library in eons. I was like a kid in a candy store. Fiction, stained glass, nutrition, woodworking, psychology, interior design…. Apparently on the first day you get a card you are limited to three books. So I picked up a Fannie Flagg book “Welcome to the World, Baby Girl!” and two books on stained glass to give me ideas for my final stained glass project for class. I wish I hadn’t waited so long to head over there and check it out. We have lived two minutes from this library for over two years now. It’s time to make up for lost time.
