Posted by Patrick on Monday, June 06, 2005This morning, on the way to dropping my car off at the dealership for the fifth time for the same problem (I'll write about that in the future), I stopped at Dunkin Donuts for some caffinated refreshment.
There are good Dunkies and bad Dunkies. The dunkies I stopped at is normally one of the better shops. Almost every visit at this particular Dunkies has been good. Clean store, semi-competent employees, and almost all the time they give you what you ask for. This can not be said of every DD's.
This morning I ordered a regular ice coffee, and what I received instead caused me great distress. The employees decided to punish me by giving me blueberry flavored coffee. 
It gave off a pungent smell the second my straw pierced the lid. The first (and only sip) I took was a shock to my system. For the remainder of today, every time I burped I could taste it. Swill I say! Swill!
As a concerned citizen, I advise you not to drink an iced coffee from Dunkins if it smells like blueberries. You will regret it!
