This is a pic of a building on Rockland Ave. I swear it must be a Meth Lab. Early morning and late night deliveries all the time, shaddy people walking up to the building at all hours. It use to have a sign near it that said it was the "Rockland Office Park". Uh-huh. Meth lab:
