Kung Fu, revisited

Despite nature's continued assault on the northeast, today with crazy rain and some wind, I continued with my Kung Fu class. It's pretty fun, get to hang with Pete, meet some new people, and use muscles that have never been activated in the past.
Lots of blocks and crazy leg-stretching standing positions. I'm definatly the newb of the class. Some of these folks have been doing the Kung Fu thing for decades! Mad skills.
Speaking of the martial arts...
Matt Miller and his bride-to-be Michelle are into the martial arts, Karate if I'm not mistaken. Check out their own website at http://www.mistake.us. It's updated regularly, and has lots of photos.
