House of Waffles
Posted by Patrick on Monday, January 02, 2006On our last day in Durham, North Carolina, we grabbed breakfast at Waffle House. It seemed fitting, as I imagine the Waffle House is a southern kind of place to eat. We'd eaten there once before while vacationing in Florida. 
Waffle House, for those who don't know, is an all-day breakfast kind of place, much in the tradition of, The International House of Pancakes... except much greasier. The food was decent, and our waitress performed her American Idol singing routine for us, before she ran off to play with the jukebox for a while.
